Georgia's first chacha museum, disguised as a bar. Come in, sit down, make yourself at home. საქართველოს პირველი ჭაჭის მუზეუმი, ბარის სახით. შემოდი, დაჯექი, იგრძენი სახლი.

We've been collecting chacha for a while now — over 40 kinds, if you're counting. Grape, fig, mulberry, quince... each bottle has a story, and we're happy to tell it. Just ask.

The bar was built around one simple idea: chacha deserves to be sipped slowly, in good company, without any rush.

The kitchen has its own language. Open fire, seasonal ingredients, Georgian soul — mangal classics alongside dishes that are harder to name but easier to remember.

Stay as long as you like. ჩვენ უკვე დიდი ხანია ვაგროვებთ ჭაჭას — 40-ზე მეტი სახეობა, თუ ითვლი. ყურძენი, ლეღვი, თუთა, კომში... თითოეულ ბოთლს თავისი ისტორია აქვს.

ბარი ერთი მარტივი იდეის გარშემო შეიქმნა: ჭაჭა ნელა უნდა დაელიო, კარგ კომპანიაში, ყოველგვარი სისწრაფის გარეშე.

სამზარეულოს თავისი ენა აქვს. ღია ცეცხლი, სეზონური პროდუქტები, ქართული სული.
